The President of the Republic of Mali, Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, is not in the logic of withdrawing the review plans of Constitution of 25 February 1992.
Taking advantage of the joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron at the extraordinary summit of the G5 Sahel at Koulouba Palace in Bamako on Sunday, July 2, President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita replied: “Everyone was consulted during the development of the project.
